Announcing the "SHINE ON" Song for Zaner!

FIREWORKS OF AN ANNOUNCEMENT!
Happy 4th of July to my American friends and a simple hiya to all my other global friends!
Some time back, remember when I told you all that I was participating in a wonderful project called "Storytelling Through Music?" This was a project which would result in a song written about Zane based on my writings about memories of Zane. My group of three bereaved parents and clinicians and songwriters has met for the past 6 weeks on Zoom calls. We laughed a lot, we cried a lot and I got to go on a journey with others who have also lost children to cancer and WE ALL learned a lot about grief and how MUSIC can HEAL.
I'd like to thank my songwriter Amanda Maestro-Scherer www.maestromusictherapy.com for her amazing songwriting skills and taking my words and creating this song. We chose it to be a song FROM Zane, letting me (his momma) know he's ok traveling through the stars. Where is getting to
There will be a couple new versions of this song to come. The strings solo in this version Amanda recorded are a bit longer than the break mean to be (on purpose) as she saved room for Chris Charles to add in a sax solo. We also recognize that this song might also be nice to be recorded in a male voice and we may "rock" up that version.
