Ready and Waiting for MRI

Hey #MakeZaneBetter gang! We are still in Orlando Health hospital. Yesterday, we did move up to the 11th floor just before sunset, so we have a new view, and a bigger, corner room. You can see our stadium in the zoomed photo. I have seen many concerts and attended quite a few football games in that stadium, dating back to the 80's.

But, this is about Zane. So, yesterday, they cut his 24-hr EEG test short at about 17 hours. That concerned me, but I've been told the tech felt enough data was captured and that they do not believe that Zane experiences seizures, either noticeable or silent. Truthfully, I didn't think he did either, but good to know. What I'm more keen to know about the EEG results are what the brain waves indicate about activity. So, I expect when they come to get Zane today f or his MRI, I'll get the opportunity to raise that question.

So, that's what we're waiting on now..the brain MRI. I'll admit I have some scanxiety about this, but it's imperative I know if there has been any cancer spread, rather than just wonder.

Also, I made a much better attempt at shaving Zane. I didn't touch the mustache (not a fan), but it's just too thick so I'll have to trim that down before shaving that 70s-looking thing off. Here's our main man having a post-shave chill sesh.
